Farmhouse Flowers & Plants is open for Pick-Your-Own flowers by appointment only.  This is intended for weddings, parties and other large events. Flowers are sold by the stem and are priced the same as at the farmers markets.  There is a minimum purchase amount of $150.00 when picking flowers at the farm. So you'll have the best selection of flowers to choose form, appointments are made for Friday morning at 9:00am.  Please send an email to schedule your Friday appointment.  Weddings@farmhouseflowers.com

If you need to purchase a smaller quantity, please visit us at one of the FARMERS  MARKETS we attend.

If you need someone to make the actual floral arrangements and bouquets for you, contact  Local Color Flowers, an event florist based in Baltimore. They will use our flowers, and flowers from other local sources for your event.

Cut flowers are available year round.  Availability changes with the seasons, with the greatest variety and quantity available from June through mid September.

Please email early to schedule an appointment to pick up flowers for your event.  You will be able to choose flowers from out cooler, pick your own, or a combination of both.

From Washington, DC & Kensington:

Take Connecticut Avenue North, to Aspen Hill, turn left on Georgia Avenue North (Rt 97). In Olney, turn left on Olney-Laytonsville Road, (Rt 108) Go 2.5 miles, turn right on Zion Road, go 2.5 miles, turn right on Gregg Road. Go 1/4 mile to Farmhouse Flowers & Plants on the left.  #4501

From Potomac & I-270:

Take the Shady Grove Road Exit, on the exit ramp, take Redland Road/Boulevard. Continue on Redland Road across Rt 355, continue through "town" of Redland.  Redland road will change to Muncaster Road when it crosses Muncaster Mill Road. (7-11, McDonalds and gas stations on corners) Continue to the end of Muncaster Road, turn right on Olney-Laytonsville Road, (Rt 108), go 100 yards and turn left on Brookeville Road, go to the 4-way stop, turn left on Zion Road, go 2 miles, make a right on Gregg Road, go 1/4 mile to Farmhouse Flowers & Plants on the left. #4501
